Tuscan Garlic Scallops with Cannabis Oil

Equipment

  • Non stick frying pan
  • Cutting Board
  • Sharp knife
  • Wooden Spoon

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp cannabis oil
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Itlain seasoning
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In the non stick frying pan add cannabis oil and let it get hot.
  • Add in scallops and cook each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Pat dry, set aside.
  • In the same pan, add in heavy cream, broth, garlic, seasoning, and cook until it boils.
  • Add in spinach and parm cheese. Once spinach is wilted, add the scallops back in for a few minutes until sauce thickens. Enjoy!
