Keto Cannabis Breakfast Taco

Delicious, quick and super tasty - a Cannabis breakfast you'll love made with cannabutter, cheese, eggs and yummy keto-friendly toppings.

Equipment

  • Non stick frying pan
  • Spatula
  • Cheese Grater
  • Whisk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese your choice
  • 1 Lg egg
  • 1/4 cup real bacon bits more if you like
  • 3 sticks cannabis butter
  • 1 dash salt & pepper each
  • 1 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning more if you like
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese or goat cheese sprinkled on top
  • 1 tsp freshly minced garlic more if you like it

Instructions

  • On a medium-hot setting, place cannabutter in a non-stick frying pan.
  • Once cannabutter is melted, sprinkle shredded cheese in pan, spreading it evenly around the bottom.
  • Working quickly, qrack an egg overtop of the cheese, and use a whisk to gently spread it overtop of the cheese. Next add salt, pepper, bagel seasoning, cream cheese or goat cheese, bacon and cook for a minute.
  • Using your spatula, flip on side of the cheese taco over to the other side, in half.
  • Flip once or twice if cheese isn't golden brown and cooked, or remove immediately from the pan and enjoy!
  • Srpinkle green onions or any other toppings you enjoy like mushrooms, spinach, etc.
