Simple Weed Edible Cupcakes

Easy, simple, and moist - made with cannabis butter

Equipment

  • Muffin tin
  • Muffin Tin Liners
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 eggs room temp
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 tbsp cannabis butter
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanila extract
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder optional

Frosting

  • 1 cup Hazelnut Nutella
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3-4 tbsp cannabis butter more depending on the consistency you like.

Instructions

  •  In a bowl mix together the cannabis butter and sugar until it becomes creamy.  
    Next, add in milk and vanilla extract.
  • Mix well!
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients including cacao powder if you like, and mix on a low speed until combined.
  • Pour 2/3 of the way into your prepared muffin tin and bake at 375 F for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cupcake comes out clean.

Frosting

  • Beat Nutella and already-whipped, whipping cream together in a bowl until fully combined. Do not over beat.
  • Add in your cannabutter, and add a little more if needed to get the desired consistency of frosting you'd like!
  • Wait until the cupcakes are fully cooled before frosting. Enjoy!
