Hello Dolly Bars With Cannabis Butter

Delicious, crunchy & chewy bars with chocolate chips, coconut and cannabis butter.

Equipment

  • 9 x 13 baking dish
  • Parchment Paper
  • Blender or Bullet
  • small sauce pan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cannabis Butter
  • 4 cups Crushed graham crackers
  • 2 cups Sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cans Condensed milk

Instructions

  • Line the bottom of a 9 x 13" baking dish with parchment paper. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  • Pour crushed graham cracker crumbs into a large bowl. Melt cannabis butter in small sauce pan on medium heat and then add to crumbs. Stir to combine until they begin to stick together then pour into prepared pan and flatten.
  • Pour coconut then the chocolate chips on top of crumbs to form two separate layers. Pour the sweetened condensed milk on top of chocolate chips and bake bars in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until caramelized.
    Cut into bars and gobble up!
