Pina Colada Bud-Balls Recipe

Tropical, full of flavour and infused with Cannabis Tincture.

Equipment

  • Food Processor
  • Parchment Paper
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Ice cream scooper
  • Baking Sheet
  • Cling wrap/plastic wrap

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 ml Cannabis tincture
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp manuka honey any honey is fine though.
  • 1 cup cashew meal

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into the food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • using an ice cream scooper, scoop out mixture and roll in your hands ot make smooth, round balls. place each ball on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet
  • Once you've made your balls, cover in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • you can freeze these as well for up to 3-4 weeks, covered!
