Make your own vegan cannabis butter at home from scratch
Making vegan cannabis butter is not much different from creating regular cannabutter. All you need to do is replace regular butter with a dairy free butter. Vegan butters (like margarine) are a great way to infuse your dishes with cannabis. You can even take it a step further and make vegan butter from scratch. If you make veganbutter from seeds, you just need to make sure the fat content is high. (80 to 90 per cent)Once you have decided your choice of dairy free butter, it’s time to infuse it with weed. Ingredients
1/4 to 1/2 Ounce Cannabis
1 cup Vegan butter (such as margarine)
1 tsp sunflower lecithin
Instructions
Decarb your weed by spreading your cannabis evenly on an oven tray And coat with aluminum foil.
Place in the oven on 240F/115C for 25 till 45 minutes, and let it cool.
Grind your dry cannabis or chop it fine.
Place the cannabis in a strong mason jar, add vegan butter and 1 tsp of sunflower lecithin (optional)
Place your closed jar in cold water and let it come to a boil, Boil for 2 to 3 hours.
Strain your vegan cannabis butter through a cheesecloth or unused pantyhose.
Cool down
Now you can use your vegan cannabutter in any vegan recipe you like.
