Herbal Cannabis Cough Drops

Equipment

  • Candy thermometre
  • Sauce pan
  • Molds ( silicone)
  • Whisk
  • Large Bowl to steep the herbs
  • Kettle for boiling water

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chamomile loose/finely ground herb
  • 2 tbsp Elderberries herb
  • 1 tbsp Marshmellow root herb
  • 1 tbsp Slippery Elm herb
  • 1/2 cup Cannabis infused honey
  • 2-3 tbsp Cannabis tincture
  • 1 cup Water For herbs
  • 1/4 cup Water for boiling with mixture

Instructions

  • Pour 1 cup of boiling water over herbs and stir. Cover the bowl with a plate and steep for at least 20 minutes. Strain herbs.
  • In a medium sauce pan mix together all ingredients except Cannabis tincture. Save this for after.
    Let it come to a boil and slowly stir mixture untill around 250F
    Once it reaches 250F, you need to stop stirring and let it come to approximately 305F.
    NOTE: This happens quick
  • Once your mixture is at around 305F, remove it from the heat. Add cannabis tincture.Stir it up and pour into your candy molds.
    Let the cannabis candies cool down and harden before removing it from the mold.
