Easy Italian & Weed Pasta Salad

Refreshing and loaded with Cannabis oil for the perfect pot-pleaser!

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • large bowl with lid
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 10 oz cherry tomoatoes
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni
  • 1 lb pasta rotini
  • 2 tbsp cannabis oil
  • 1 cup fresh mozaerella pearls
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 1/2 tsp EACH - garlic powder, italian seasoning, and salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Boil your pasta according to package directions, strain and rinse immediately with cold water.
  • Chop the cucumber into small bite size pieces - set aside
  • Chop cherry tomatoes in half - set aside
  • Combine Italian dressing, cannabis oil, and seasonings together in a small bowl until fully combined.
  • Chop salami into bite size pieces and now you can assemble everything!
  • In a large bowl, add all of your freshly chopped ingredients and pasta together. Pour your oil mixture overtop and toss until everything is coated.
  • Serve immediately, or store in the fridge until it's time!
