Chocolate Cannabis Covered Pickles

- 1 jar favorite jar of full size pickles
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup Cannabis Chocolate
- 1-2 tbsp Himalayan Salt optional
cut up your pickles into 1 inch thick wheels, keep the pickle brine for salads, or other fun infusions at a later time.
In a bowl, tossĀ your pickles with sugar until coated. Place in fridge for 10 minutes and then pat dry with paper towels. Melt the cannabis chocolate and dunk the pickles halfway in the chocolate and place on baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with salt and place in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool and harden.
use a toothpick, fork or fingers and savour!
