Cajun Cannabis Shrimp Bake

A spicy Cajun shrimp dish with cannabutter!

  • Cutting Board
  • Sharp knife
  • Mixing Bowl for spices - small is fine
  • Large baking pan for the oven
  • Large Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

CAJUN SPICE MIX

  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

SHRIMP BAKE

  • 4 spicy sausages cut into little wheels
  • 1 lb shrimp cooked, peeled, devined
  • 5 red potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 pieces whole corn on the cob cut into 1` inch wheels
  • 2 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 2 tbsp cannabutter divided
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions

  • 1. Cut up your potatoes into small wedges and same with your cobs of corn.
  • 2. Sprinkle with a little bit of your cajun mix, olive oil, and cannabutter. Make sure you leave a lot of cajun seasoning and butter leftover.
  • 3. Place uncovered into the oven at 375 for 25 minutes.
  • 4. While that's baking, in a separate bowl, mix together sausage, shrimp, olive oil, cannabutter, and all cajun spcices.
  • 5. Bring the pan out of the oven and add in your shrimp mix. Then bake for another 15 minutes.
