- 2 red apples
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3/12 tbsp milk your choice
- 3 tbsp cannabis coconut oil
- 230 g spelt flour
- 200 g coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 180 C or 350 F
Line a 12 hole muffin pan with muffin liners or parchment paper squares
Core and peel one of the apples and cut into small cubes, leave the other aside for now.
Mix the dry ingredients into a bowl. In a separate bowl mash the banana, add dmilk, oil and stir. Then combine dry and wet ingredients together.
Pour mixture into muffin holes.
Before baking cut the reamining apple in thin slices and layer gently on top of each muffin batter section.
Bake for 25 minutes approx.
leave to cool on a muffin rack and enjoy!
