Lemon Cream with Weed Infusion

Tangy,fresh, silky smooth lemon cream with cannabutter. Great for desserts, pastries and ice cream!

  • Sauce pan
  • lemon zester
  • Lemon Juicer
  • Blender
  • Whisk
  • Large Mixing Bowls

Ingredients

  • 5 fresh lemons large, halved
  • 2 fresh lemons for zesting
  • 4 large eggs
  • 160 grams sugar
  • 100 grams cannabutter room temp

Instructions

  • Zest 2 lemons and set aside
  • Cut 5 fresh lemons in half
  • Juice 5 lemons and set aside and whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and set aside.
  • Heat the lemon juice and sugar in a suacepan on medium, whisking gently then remove from heat, and pour the mixture over the eggs
  • Put everthing back in the saucepan, and back on the heat.
  • Remove from heat, add in butter, whisk. If you need to remove clumping, just pour it into the blender.
  • Store in a sealtight jar, after cooled. Use on pastries, cookies, ice cream, desserts!
