Taco Shells With Weed 'N' Cheese

Equipment

  • mini pasta shells1 lb ground beefcuminchillipaprikaonion powdergarlic powder1 can of crushed tomatoescannabis buttermilk cheddar cheese & grated jack cheese chopped cilantro sour creamsalsa
  • 1 large non stick skillet
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Strainer for pasta
  • measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp cumin, paprika,onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, salt, pepper EACH
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cannabis butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded jack cheese
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese cut up in cubes
  • 1/2 cup cilantro freshly chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream & salsa EACH

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and add pasta shells.
  • While pasta is cooking, heat up a skillet to medium high, and cook ground beef. Add in all seasonings, and 1 can of crushed tomatoes. Stir well, and set to low temp and let simmer
  • Once pasta is done, strain it, and put it in the skillet with ground beef.
  • In the pot where the pasta was, on low heat, add cannabis butter and then add in cubed cheese and shredded cheese, and gently stir in one cup of milk. Stir until combined, and continue stirring. Once it gets to a nice thick consistency, pour over top of beef mixture.
  • Mix everything together, transfer to a bowl, scoop and enjoy!
  • Garnish with cilantro, sour cream and salsa.
