Bring a pot of water to a boil and add pasta shells.
While pasta is cooking, heat up a skillet to medium high, and cook ground beef. Add in all seasonings, and 1 can of crushed tomatoes. Stir well, and set to low temp and let simmer
Once pasta is done, strain it, and put it in the skillet with ground beef.
In the pot where the pasta was, on low heat, add cannabis butter and then add in cubed cheese and shredded cheese, and gently stir in one cup of milk. Stir until combined, and continue stirring. Once it gets to a nice thick consistency, pour over top of beef mixture.
Mix everything together, transfer to a bowl, scoop and enjoy!
Garnish with cilantro, sour cream and salsa.
