Chocolate Chip Cookie Oat Cake With Cannabis

Equipment

  • Large ramekin or a 16 oz, oven-proof dish
  • Mixing Bowl, Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup nut milk or any other milk you like
  • 2 tbsp cannabis butter
  • 1 handful chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Pour it all into a small oven-safe bowl like a ramekin or a heat-safe large mug ( 16 oz)
    Bake for 30 minutes at 375 F.
    Pair this with a cup of cannabis milk for an adult-style after-school scooby snack!
