Watermelon Whip With Weed: The Best Dessert Ever

- 1 small seedless watermelon
- 1/4 cup cannabis milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1-2 tsp honey
To freeze fresh watermelon, cut the watermelon into small cubes, removing the rind, and place pieces onto a baking sheet. Be sure to spread out the pieces so that they do not touch each other. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 4 hours or until the watermelon is firm to the touch.
In a blender or food processor blend 3 cups frozen watermelon cubes, yogurt, cannabis milk and lemon juice until smooth and creamy, scraping down the mixture as needed. Add honey if needed for additional sweetness.
Serve immediately, and transfer to a freezer-safe, seal-tight container to enjoy for the week!
