Chocolate Cannabis Covered Pickles

Equipment

  • Large Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Cookie Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Paper Towel
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board

Ingredients

  • 1 jar favorite jar of full size pickles
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Cannabis Chocolate
  • 1-2 tbsp Himalayan Salt optional

Instructions

  • cut up your pickles into 1 inch thick wheels, keep the pickle brine for salads, or other fun infusions at a later time.
  • In a bowl, tossĀ your pickles with sugar until coated. Place in fridge for 10 minutes and then pat dry with paper towels.
  • Melt the cannabis chocolate and dunk the pickles halfway in the chocolate and place on baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle with salt and place in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool and harden.
  • use a toothpick, fork or fingers and savour!
