Ice Cream Sandwich Cake with Weed
Creamy, dreamy, smooth and ice-creamy! With whipped cannabis cream AND cannabis ice cream!

- Aluminum foil

Ingredients
- 12 ice cream sandwiches whole
- 12 ice cream sandwiches broken up into small pieces
- 2 pints cannabis ice cream or regular ice cream if you want to use whipped cannabis cream instead
- 2 cups whipped canna cream or plain cool whip/whipped cream if you're going to make cannabis ice cream
Instructions
- In an 8x8-inch square baking dish, place a layer of ice cream sandwiches in tin foil-covered dish.
- Start with ice cream sandwiches on the bottom, and top with a layer of ice cream. Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches, and another layer of ice cream. Continue to alternate layers. Freeze for 1 hour.
- For the icing, combine whipped topping with crushed sandwich cookies until well mixed and cover frozen cake.
- Garnish with more crushed sandwich cookies and serve immediately or freeze for later.
