Ice Cream Sandwich Cake with Weed

Creamy, dreamy, smooth and ice-creamy! With whipped cannabis cream AND cannabis ice cream!

Equipment

  • 8 x 8 baking dish
  • Aluminum foil
  • Spatula
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 12 ice cream sandwiches whole
  • 12 ice cream sandwiches broken up into small pieces
  • 2 pints cannabis ice cream or regular ice cream if you want to use whipped cannabis cream instead
  • 2 cups whipped canna cream or plain cool whip/whipped cream if you're going to make cannabis ice cream

Instructions

  • In an 8x8-inch square baking dish, place a layer of ice cream sandwiches in tin foil-covered dish.
  • Start with ice cream sandwiches on the bottom, and top with a layer of ice cream. Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches, and another layer of ice cream. Continue to alternate layers. Freeze for 1 hour.
  •  For the icing, combine whipped topping with crushed sandwich cookies until well mixed and cover frozen cake.
  • Garnish with more crushed sandwich cookies and serve immediately or freeze for later.
