Instant Pot Corn on the Cob with Cannabutter

  • Oven Mits
  • Corn on the Cob Handles ( if desired)

Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 1 cup Cannabutter
  • 1 pinch salt ( per ear of corn)
  • 1 pinch pepper (per ear of corn)

Instructions

  • Pressure Cook Corn on the Cob: Pour 1 cup of cold water in Instant Pot. Place a trivet in the Instant Pot, then place 4 ears of corn on the cob on the trivet.
  • Close the lid and Pressure Cook at High Pressure for 1 - 2 minutes + Quick Release. Open the lid carefully.
  • Serve: Serve immediately with Cannabutter and salt & pepper
