M&M Cookie Pie With Weed

Delicious M&M Cookie Pie With Cannabis Butter

  • Hanheld or standing mixer
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring spoons & cups

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cannabutter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/8 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups M&M's
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together cannabutter and brown sugar.
  • Add in egg and vanilla and mix well. Add flour and baking soda and mix until completely incorporated. Fold in M & M's.
  • Spread batter into a 9-inch pie pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and cut into slices.Top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle of chocolate syrup.
