Lemon Ginger And CBD Wellness Shots

Equipment

  • Blender, Bullet or Juicer
  • Cheesecloth ( in case you don't have a juicer)
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board
  • shot glasses or little mason jars ( to keep it cool, fresh and in the fridge)
  • peeler

Ingredients

  • 1 small orange peeled & chopped
  • 2 small lemons peeled & chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger root peeled *optional
  • 1/4 cup turmeric root peeled *optional
  • 1/8 tsp fresh black pepper
  • 1 tsp CBD oil

Instructions

  • To a juicer add lemon, orange, ginger and turmeric. Sprinkle black pepper inside, and CBD oil, mix with a fork or spoon to combine. Divide into shot glasses or glasses. Enjoy daily!
  • If you're using a blender, do the same and then at the end you'll need to strain the pulp, and pour your wellness juice into glasses!
