  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper - each
  • 1 can cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line two baking sheets with foil and set aside.
  • Drain the excess water from the tofu package and slice the block of tofu lengthwise into ¼ inch slabs. ( little rectangles)
  • Cut the slabs into bite sized pieces like squares or triangles.
  • Use a clean tea towel and set your Cannadish cookbook or something heavy on top of the towel to squeeze the water out of the tofu. Let it sit there for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the wet ingredients: cannabis oil, soy sauce, and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Next, In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, nutritional yeast, pepper, and salt.
  • After 15 minutes remove the weight from tofu, and brush both sides of the tofu with the oil mixture.
Pre heat the oven to 350 F.
  • Transfer the tofu to the large bowl with the dry ingredients and toss until all pieces are well coated. Place them all on the aluminum foil-lined baking sheets in an even layer or in rows.
  • Gently coat all pieces evenly with a light mist of cooking spray. This will help them get crispier.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, flipping once and spraying again with cooking spray halfway through, so both sides get crispy. Don't let them burn!
  • Enjoy and dip with Ranch sauce.
