Broccoli Cheddar & Cannabis Soup

  • Large Soup Pot

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cannabis butter
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 5 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 laege carrots grated
  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 2 cup broccoli steamed, cooked, and chopped finely
  • 2 cups half and half cream
  • 8 oz grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In your soup pan, on medium heat add in cannabis butter and when it starts to melt, add in chopped onion and mix until translucent.
  • Next, add in garlic and mix for a minute, and then add in grated carrots.
  • Keep mixing and cooking, then add in flour,broth, seasoning, cream and let simmer.
  • In the meantime, cook broccoli or heat up a pre-cooked frozen bag of broccoli. When broccoli is finished cooking, cup up finely and add into the soup pot.
  • Mix everything together thoroughly, and add in grated cheddar cheese.
  • If you like a smoother soup - use a hand mixer for a minute to blend everything up.
