- 1 stalk parsley chopped roughly
- 1 stalk cilantro chopped roughly
- 1/2 yellow onion chopped roughly
- 2-3 garlic cloves peeled
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes *optional
- 1/2 tsp cayenne *optional
- 1/4 cup cannabis oil
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 pinch salt & pepper each
- 6-8 fresh chicken thighs or breasts you choose
mix all fresh ingredients except cannabis oil in the food processor until fine.
Transfer to a bowl, and squeeze in fresh lemon, salt, pepper, and then add in your chicken thightand mix it all up so chicken is coated . Cover and marinate for three hours in the fridge.
Grab your skillet, add in more cannabis oil, and sear your chicken on a high heat until cooked. about 8-10 minutes approx.
Rest, and then slice & enjoy!
